Our return policy are as follows:
1. Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days after receiving the product ordered from the official  website (www.otaido.com).
2. Any products for which the return request has not been submitted within the above period are not eligible for return.
3. Products shipped for return must be new in original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original product packaging complete with the original price and product label.
